Initial Requirements
We are committed to hiring professionals who exemplify the highest standards
of care and expertise in early childhood education. As part of the selection process, candidates must undergo
comprehensive federal and state background checks, including fingerprinting, and provide proof of educational qualifications.
Upon joining our team, all new hires are required to complete a structured training program, consisting of a minimum of
eight hours of Kinder Center-specific instruction, in addition to at least 24 hours of ongoing professional development.
