All staff must undergo a thorough background check before being allowed in a classroom. The State conducts these investigations, which include fingerprint-based criminal history checks, to verify an applicant's suitability to work in a child care center.
Anyone picking up a child must present a valid ID before being allowed to take the child from the center. If the designated individual is not listed on the enrollment form and the enrolling parent cannot be contacted, the child will not be released to that person. This policy ensures the safety and well-being of every child in our care.
All doors remain locked from the inside. Any one visiting the center must be allowed in. Parents and visitors are welcome anytime.
The building is equipped with voice commands, lights, and alarms to ensure effective communication during emergencies. Smoke and heat detectors are installed throughout the premises, providing an additional layer of safety. Staff routinely conduct fire drills with children to prepare them for a swift and safe response in the event of an alarm.
Our staff is fully trained in the use of defibrillators to ensure we are prepared for emergencies. Additionally, they are certified in pediatric first aid and CPR, equipping them to respond effectively to a variety of situations. These measures are part of our commitment to safety and well-being
